I made a story board for a visual of what my set entailed.
Here are the three combinations I came up with. The pieces are very versatile for me and are a great base in my closet.
This is a close up of the tank top I made. It's from Ottobre Woman 2-2007 and I love it! It's super simple to sew up and will definitely be making more of these for my closet. It has the perfect coverage too - no peek-a-boo bra straps! Here is my review on PR if you'd like to read more ~ review.

Great mini-wardrobe! I especially love the skirt! :)
I love your wardrobe- it suits you beautifully. Congrats on finishing in time too !
All your garments are great, that is a very cute mini-wardrobe.
That looks great! Love the fabrics and pieces you chose.
simple but pretty, your stuff looks great on you
I love the patterns you chose for the mini swap - you did a great job on them!
What a great wardrobe. I really like the white tee with the black neckine!
I really love the versatility of your mini-wardrobe. The styles you chose are so fresh, but the black and white are classic. Just fabulous, Melissa!

Love the mini wardrobe you made. And I like the idea of it too, it's less intimidating than the regular wardrobe with 10-12 items. And your post reminds me that I made the same Ottobre tank top from a scrap of fabric 2 months ago (only 10 minutes of work on it left, but still not done).
You can be PROUD of your mix-n-match mini-wardrobe, Melissa!! It's also an easy one to add colours to, eh!!
Soft hug,

I love your wardrobe! Black and white is so classy. It can be dressed up or down.
So cute! I always forget how versatile black and white is. You look fresh (in a springtime way, not in a frisky way) but can wear those pieces many times without people noticing.
Oh, I love your mini wardrobe, and to be honest, nobody can say they have no black or white in their closet.
What a wonderfull combinations for the summer! Thanks for Your information on all the patterns also; Your garments are a real inspiration for us "lurkers". Keep up the good work, please!!!
